You are important.

I want you to know, first of all, that you are absolutely beautiful. I may not know what you look like, sound like, or what your personality is like, and I may not know where you live or who you are. But I want you to know that I am here, always. I’m always here to talk to you in your darkest hours, or if you’re feeling a bit lonely and want to talk to someone. I’m always here! Someone will always listen to you. Even if they’re from the other side of the world, they care. Every single one of you are extremely important, to more people than you think. Take a break once in a while. You don’t deserve to hurt yourself; in any way.
If you’re not here you won’t be able to witness the beautiful things - the purple sky during a sunset, the sound of the waves at the beach, the feeling of cold water on a hot day, and so many other things. The people you love talking about what they love, your favourite musician or your favourite band with a new song or with a new video, or the fans you surround yourself with all having the same interest in music. If you need to talk to someone, again I am here, if you’re wanting to end, or if you just want to gain a friend. Someone always cares.

10 Ways To Be Happy

1. Accept the things you can’t change. If you can and want to change them, do it.

2. Let go of the people who are holding you down. If you considered them, you already know who these people are.

3.Blast your favorite upbeat song and sing at the top of your lungs, dancing as you go.

4. Go for a run. A nice, long run. Run until you feel good; at the very least, you’ll be tired enough that the feelings will seem less major.

5. Call someone you love. Just hearing their voice can make your day better.

6. Smile at strangers. It’ll make you both smile (or just make you look like a creeper :D)

7. Send an anonymous compliment.

8. Write down everything you don’t like about yourself. Rip it up. Burn it, make it wet, throw it down the sewer, into the river, into the pond. Flush it down the toilet.

9. Watch your favorite movie.

10. Realize that you are your own biggest critic. People do not see the faults in yourself that you do. So realize that they are not faults, not imperfections. They make you you.
